Michael Hall

Shop Owner

Mike has been working on Mercedes since the time he changed his first glow plugs on an OM617 back in 1993. He was fortunate to have grown up working alongside his father, who had passed on his knowledge and experience. In 2016, Mike and his wife, Lauren, bought the shop from Jarek, ensuring that their customers continue to receive the same high-quality service that the shop was known for. With decades of experience and a passion for Mercedes vehicles, Mike has become a trusted source for all things Mercedes in the community.

Emily Carroll

Service Advisor

Emily has been with the shop since 2023 and serves as the primary point of contact for answering questions, scheduling appointments, providing estimates, and more.
